We are looking for an engaged “Regional Operations Manager” for our Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this position you will directly report to the local Regional Director and lead the local Operations Team.

After a profound introduction period at our Headquarter in Niederwangen, Berne you may expecting an interesting challenge in a dynamic and fast growing market.

Your responsibility:

• Lead the local operations team
• Manage and coordinate the implementation of regional projects from planning up to the successful acceptance of the solution
• Ensure Maintenance and support services post project realisation
• Perform Pre-sales support and conceptual solution engineering for new projects
• Sharing technical knowledge and keeping the local team on the required knowledge level
• Interface between customer and the Swiss HQ for all technical escalations

Required skillset and experience:

• Several years of working experience in the Telecommunication sector
• Profound Project Management experience
• Solid understanding and know how, including working experience, in the following knowledge fields: TDM, VoIP, IP networks, Linux and Security
• Ability to lead a team in a focussed, structured manner
• Well presented with strong communication skills with a high focus towards customer satisfaction and project optimisation
• Fluent in English language.
• Willingness to travel and work in different SEA countries
